frequently asked questions
Follow back please :)
I’ll most definitely take a look at your tumblog, but no guarantee that I’ll follow you :)
How many followers do you have/how many tumblrs do you follow?
I follow around 250-300 people (I do an unfollow spree monthly, to see who has deactivated/not active for over a week), and I have about a thousand+ followers, but they’re just numbers. You blog to express, not to impress.
What’s your URL before?
I was goldensnitchandglassslipper and ilovewaltpotter and whispered-stories.
Where are you from?
Indonesia.
What’s your sexuality?
I’m straight (I think). I dunno, haven’t been in many relationships before.
Your religious view?
I consider myself an agnostic, but my “official” religion is Islam. I come from a very religion-conscious country and family, so you don’t get to say you doubt God a lot.
Why don’t you post your own graphics more often?
Because, like the rest of tumblr, I’m lazy. Also I’m not very good at it.
Do you take requests?
Yep. Just drop it in my ask box.
Can you do a book recommendation?
YES I DEFINITELY CAN. But I’ll probably tell you books that I’ve read for the last weeks rather than my absolute favorites, which are:
- The Harry Potter Series by J.K Rowling
- The Bartimaeus Trilogy (+The Ring of Solomon) by Jonathan Stroud
- The Artemis Fowl Series by Eoin Colfer
- The Secret Series by Pseudonymous Bosch
- The Witch and Wizard books by James Patterson and Gabrielle Charbonnet
- Peter Pan by J.M Barrie
- Peter Pan in Scarlet by Geraldine McCaughean
- The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
- Stardust by Neil Gaiman
Since when did you like DC comics?
Since around March 2011. I heard about the Young Justice cartoon, which I thought would be like Teen Titans (and I fucking love Teen Titans) so I did a little research on it, which lead to other things which lead me to discovering how awesome the DC universe is. I’m still new about this whole thing, though.
Why don’t you post Young Justice stuff then?
Because YJ is not available in my country yet, and it’s tiring to have to watch it on youtube. Also, after reading the comics, I’m bummed that Tim Drake isn’t the Robin there.
Why do you dislike Glee?
I don’t dislike Glee, I’m just not a Gleek/a big fan of it. I watch the show, yeah, and I know the characters, but I’m just not as excited about it as I am with other things (such as Disney and HP and Batman). I do, however, love Sam Evans and Noah Puckerman.
